Santiago Montes is an 8-year-old pirate who is the main protagonist of Santiago of the Seas. He
is voiced by Kevin Chacon.
Personality
He is brave and kind-hearted.
Looks
Santiago is a Latino kid with tan skin, wavy brown hair, thick eyebrows, hazel eyes and small freckles. He wears a red waistcoat with yellow accents. He wears yellow trousers with a brown belt on it, which has a small satchel attached. His shirt is white. On his left arm he wears a blue glove with a skull on it.
Appearances
Santiago made his debut in the first episode of Santiago of the Seas, titled "The Legend of Capitán Calavera". Before his debut, he was seen in a promotional poster and a teaser trailer.
Weapons/Tools/Abilities
Capitan Calavera's Magic Compass: The compass allows him to summon a pirate ship, a sword (which has telekinetic and light powers) and a map.
Magic Spyglass: This spyglass was first introduced in the episode The Magic Spyglass and it allows him have x-ray vision, detect invisible things, and see in the dark.
Trivia
- He was originally called Capitan Calavera.
- In the episode The Magic Spyglass, it is revealed that Santiago is afraid of spiders.
